Please note that all bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is required no later than 14 days prior to your event date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit**.
Each design is carefully created to reflect your chosen inspiration as closely as possible. However, due to timing, availability, and the nature of custom work, some elements may vary. Where needed, suitable alternatives will be used to maintain the overall aesthetic and quality of your design (for example, cardstock in place of fondant).
We approach every piece with intention and care, ensuring the final result remains cohesive, refined, and beautifully aligned with your vision.
